A lesson we have shown a constraint on employees, or that an employee can not work for different business units at the same time, and to express this constraint should model a specific class and their relations. At the same time we have shown that employees are optional, but are not expressed or that it is not a problem.
What we ask is the client really want to verify that this constraint is respected? Or simply satisfied that each unit may take a simple list of names?
